10 Day Juice Fast Starts Tomorrow!

green juice.jpgUPDATE: Since first beginning my juicing diet, I have gotten myself all the way from a size 16 to a size 4. I have perfected the recipes, the shopping list, and customized my juice cleanse down to just 5 Days!! Find out more on how you can get started juicing and do a 5-Day Juice Cleanse here.

Are you ready for some juicing? There are 150+ of us in the Juicing Club already, and we’re ready to do this together!! We start tomorrow, but don’t worry if you can’t start right away with us. Start when you’re ready. Here’s what you need to know:

  1. Make sure you have talked with a doctor first and told him/her what you plan on doing. Make sure they give you the go ahead. Some people, especially ones on certain medications or with conditions should NOT attempt to do a juice fast. So just check first, ‘mmkay? My series is not meant as medical advice, period.
  2. Make sure you are signed up for the Juicing for Health emails I will send out to help you with the juice fast. I’ll include a shopping list and recipes (Oh, here’s the juicing shopping list in case you missed it).
  3. Join our thriving Facebook group. Fellow juicers share their tips, recipes, questions and more in there.
  4. Use hashtag #10DayJuiceFast with any tweets, pins or Instagram updates that you do so we can all follow along with your journey.
  5. If you blog about this at all, I’ll be sharing a linky at the end of the Juice Craze, so that you all can share how it went.

Oh, and one last thing. If you want to, weigh yourself and take a picture of before you start the cleanse. Do it again when you are done, and share the results with us!

Let’s do this together!! You ready?

  1. Curious to know how to cut costs on buying all these fruits and veg? I’m thinking a trip to our local Sam’s Club might help, but it still seems like it will be expensive!

    • farmer’s market – hands down. I routinely save 40-50% over grocery store/discount store prices plus it’s better produce (fresher, tastier, hasn’t been sitting in a warehouse somewhere forever)

    • I buy at Costco, Whole Foods, Nature’s Corner Market (local place) and from local farmers. Other’s recommend Aldi to save a significant amount of money on produce.
