Are you ready to make a smoothie? Well…are you at least ready for apple pie? The kids and I decided to make some apple pie smoothies, and since they had been begging to be in a video for “Mommy’s show,” we went ahead and turned this into a video for you all!
But I must forewarn you. Do NOT watch this if you can’t handle cuteness. Seriously… I’ve decided my children are the cutest kids on the planet. My apologies to the other Mom’s out there. I’m kind of a fan of my kids. 🙂

Here’s what you’ll need to make an apple pie smoothie.
- 1 cup cinnamon applesauce (you can substitute two cored apples and cinnamon)
- 2 small bananas (frozen if possible)
- 2 cups of ice
- 2 cups of vanilla almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 TB maple syrup
Blend it all up in a blender and enjoy topped with cinnamon!
Seriously – wasn’t that so completely easy? And I love how I feel after drinking this smoothie. The cold Winter can leave a lot of us feeling like crud as the blues can sometimes set it, but this put a pep in my step and a tasty treat in my mouth! Hope you all enjoy it as much as I do!
