I used my masticating nutrition station for this recipe which does an excellent job with the hard ingredients as well as the soft blueberries.  I only strained this juice once and it maintained a thicker than usual consistency because of the blueberries.  I rather enjoyed this change as it seemed more filling like a smoothie.

I think this juice is great for beginners and people afraid of juicing beets.  Most people don’t think they’ll enjoy beet juice, so this could actually be a pleasant surprise.  In my opinion, this would be a perfect juice for reluctant children.
