Natural and Thrifty in 365: #310 Freeze Fresh Herbs in Olive Oil

If you have a bounty of fresh herbs on hand and you want to save some for later, try this tip.  Freeze fresh herbs in olive oil.  You can also use butter, water, or broth in place of the oil.

This will be helpful in allowing me to take advantage of clearance deals on organic herbs at my grocery store.  I’ll just freeze them for later.

What a great way to have fresh herbs all year long!
