Natural and Thrifty in 365: #327 Matching Game from Recycled Eggs

If you have a preschooler and leftover plastic eggs you will love this tip.  Use stickers or a permanent marker to make a game for matching upper and lowercase letters.  This blog has all the details and some wonderful hints at how to make this successful for your eager learner.

As a mom of many ages, I can see so many possibilities with this idea.  It’s way more fun than flash cards and you get to recycle.  Use this same premise as a matching game for shapes and their names, inventions and inventors, squares and square roots, states and capitals, nations and their flags, elements and their symbol (or atomic number!).  Okay, I have to go dig up some eggs now!
