Menu Plan For The Week

I bet you all weren’t expecting this post from me.  But lately I have been doing a lot better with the whole menu planning thing, and I thought I would share my plan with you all this week.

Yogurt and Granola

Oatmeal

Chocolate Chip Muffins (using Whole Wheat)

Fruits I find on sale this week

Apple and Oats Breakfast Pudding

Lunches

Peanut Butter Sandwiches

Egg Salad Sandwiches

Dinner Leftovers

Dinners

Baked Oatmeal

White Chicken Chili

Costa Rican Pinto Dish with Homemade Tortillas

Chicken Philly Sandwiches

Lemon Dill Crockpot Chicken

Grilled Chicken (I have packages of legs that I will cover with seasonings and grill)

Side Dishes and Snacks

Salads and whatever veggies I glean from the garden this week.

Pumpkin Bread

Fluffy Whole Wheat Biscuits ( I really can’t wait to try this!)

Fruit and Yogurt

Potato Salad or Mashed Potatoes (depending on how well I cook the potatoes)

  1. the Target coupon said the candy had to be 4.0 oz or larger, so you cannot use it on the smaller sizes.
