Natural and Thrifty in 365: #306 Natural Cleaner for Glass Stove Top

When we had a glass cooktop, the manufacturer’s instructions suggested we buy expensive “special” cleaner.  Those little bottles didn’t even clean that well.

Well, that was before I found this great tutorial for cleaning your glass stove top with natural ingredients.  The step-by-step photos are so convincing that this works beautifully!  If you’re buying that special cleaner, this tip will save you loads of money.

While you’re at it, use those same natural ingredients to clean the oven with a little TLC.

  1. I just use baking soda and a damp cloth, scrubbing then buffing with a dry cloth (like waxing a car) it works well.
