Numerous studies have shown that sitting can be hazardous to your health. Incidents of heart disease, obesity and diabetes have been shown to double (or even triple) in people who sit a lot. Sitting can also mess up your back and shorten you life. So stand up for your health and make the choice to ditch the chair.
