The #1 thing I hear all the time is comments about how good my skin and hair look. There are two reasons my skin is as healthy looking as it is:
1 – I’m on a plant-based diet with lots of smoothies, juicing, and vegan meals. I don’t eat milk, cheese, eggs, or meats. And I still have plenty of protein!
2 – I use natural oils on my skin. The most beneficial of which is Frankincense! This oil is so versatile and beneficial for overall health that if you could only get one oil, I would say get this one!

Mix these together in a clean bottle, then add a small amount to your palm and massage into your skin nightly!
The best thing about this recipe is that you aren’t putting any toxic chemicals onto your skin! And since the skin absorbs anything you put on it, you can be sure that you only have good things absorbing into your blood stream.
Note: Do not use this in the morning, as the Lemon oil is sensitive to the sun and not to be used on your skin during the daytime. If you want to use this in the morning, leave the lemon out.
