Whether it’s back to school season, Winter, Spring, or any other time of year, it’s plain to see that we are constantly being confronted with various bacteria, viruses, and fungi. With essential oils having so many amazing beneficial properties, it’s important to implement them into your daily life to help support your overall immunity.
I have a saying about the body – the body has the ability to heal itself from a multitude of issues so long as it has what it needs.
Substances do not heal the body – the body heals the body. With that being said, most essential oils have anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties. They have the ability to help boost our immune systems, so that the body can fight back at whatever comes after it.
Here are a few simple recipes that can help you boost your immunity, and that of your loved ones. Be sure to only use Therapeutic Grade oils, and if you want more info you can download my free Essential Oils for Immmunity guide here.
