Ok, let’s talk seriously now. This candy cane smoothie recipe is by far one of the most fantastic things I have ever made in my blender. I don’t know how else to tell you all how awesome this is other than to tell you that YOU MUST MAKE THIS.

This candy cane smoothie is made with raw, vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free ingredients. And it tastes just like a candy cane, but BETTER.
Candy Cane Smoothie Recipe
- 1/4 cup raw cashews soaked and rinsed
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 TB hemp seeds
- 1 TB maple syrup
- 1 drop therapeutic grade peppermint essential oil
- 1 cup of ice
Blend it all up and then I dare you to not try and drink the entire thing by yourself. Don’t be selfish now… save some for me!
