But if you’re past that point and ready to make your first juice, here’s a good easy green juice for beginners.
Green Juice for Beginners
- 4-6 kale leaves
- 1 cucumber
- 4 celery stalks
- 1 green apple
- 10 green seedless grapes
- 1 kiwi
Send all these items through your juicer or press, and try to drink it all within the first hour. Store any leftover juice and drink within three days.
