Healthy Immune System: What some of the latest research has uncovered is how essential Vitamin D is to maintain a healthy functioning of the immune system, helping protect us from infections, diseases, as well as many types of cancers.

Healthy Heart & Circulation: What we now know is that heart disease, our #1 cause of death, is directly related to and influenced by Vitamin D. Just like every other muscle in our body, the heart is affected by a lack of the muscle-building properties of Vitamin D.

Diabetes & Blood Sugar Control: Unfortunately, a huge percentage of our population is affected by diabetes. It is also the 6th leading cause of death.
