MojitOils Recipe {Mojito + Essential Oils}

The other evening I hosted a Simple Essentials Cooking workshop, and served Mojitos made using essential oils. These Mojitos were such a hit, that I had people immediately inboxing me for the recipe the day after.

So here is the recipe, in all of its glory. Keep in mind that you should always use therapeutic grade oils from Young Living, if you plan to consume internally. Not all oils are made the same, and other oils can be extremely dangerous if consumed. So please please PLEASE don’t just go grab random oils off of the shelf and start using them in your mojitos, mmkay? 🙂

MojitOils Recipe (serves 2… sorta)

  • 2 shots rum
  • 1 shot agave syrup
  • 1/2 squeeze lime
  • Sprig of mint
  • Splash of soda water
  • 1 1/2 cup ice
  • 2 drops Spearmint Essential Oil
  • 4 drops Lime Vitality Essential Oil

Blend it all up in the blender, and serve with a slice of lime on the glass!

Hope you all enjoy this recipe. If you do, please let me know in the comments section so I’ll know to make more of these types of things for you.

I really don’t mind making and testing these drinks for you all….

Cheers! And… please drink responsibly. 😉
