Pecan Pie in a glass… I’m not really sure why anyone wouldn’t love this amazing pecan pie smoothie! It’s vegan, gluten-free, and oh so delectable. As soon as I tasted this, I couldn’t believe that I was drinking something healthy.
It’s a great way to get your pecan pie fix, but in a delicious glass filled with explode-in-your-mouth-goodness.
This was one of my favorite smoothies out of all the holiday smoothies we made this year. It came in at a close second to our Candy Cane Smoothie.

Pecan Pie Smoothie Recipe
- 3/4 cup of almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup pecans (soaked and rinsed)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 6-8 medjool dates
- 1 TB chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup of ice
Blend it all up and enjoy! And try to save some for the other members of your family. 😛
