So you want some sweet potato pie. I get it. It’s a thing. For some reason we like this during the holidays.
Um…only because it’s the bomb dot com when it comes to pies.
This sweet potato pie smoothie will rock your socks off, and it’s made with vegan and gluten-free ingredients to boot! Sounds like a win to me.
This smooothie is so good, that it deserved its own video. Watch the kids and I make this and then gobble it up!

Sweet Potato Pie Smoothie Recipe
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup cooked and mashed sweet potato
- 3 TB maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 cup of ice
Blend it all up in your blender and enjoy topped with some cinnamon and whipped cream if you feel so inclined.
Though I don’t know why you wouldn’t want to. 😉
